CERTIFIED GUJARATI translation, accepted first time

Gujarati documents almost always arrive as part of an Indian document set, and Indian document sets have a character of their own: several languages on one page, a mixture of typed and handwritten entries, and an affidavit somewhere in the pile doing work that a UK reader would not expect an affidavit to do.

All of it is translated by an accredited human linguist and certified with a signed declaration of accuracy on company letterhead, dated, with our wet stamp. Send a scan and you will have a fixed price and a delivery date before anything starts.

WHAT THE HOME OFFICE actually asks for

Where documents provided are not in English or Welsh, you must provide a full dated and signed translation in English that can be verified. This must be dated and include the full name and signature of the translator or an authorised official of the translation company and their contact details.

gov.uk guidance on documents in support of an application

Every Gujarati translation we issue carries all four elements – a full translation, a date, the translator named and signed, and contact details that can be checked – on company letterhead with our wet stamp. That is what acceptance actually turns on, and it is why we can guarantee it.

WHY EKO 4 for Gujarati

Anyone can say they translate Gujarati. These are the three things that actually decide whether a Gujarati file is accepted.

The affidavit is often the document holding the file together

Indian document sets frequently include a sworn affidavit declaring that two differently spelled names, or two differently written dates, belong to one person. It exists precisely because the other documents disagree, which makes it the last thing to translate loosely. Affidavits are translated in full, including the jurat, the stamps and the handwritten entries, because the whole point of the document is the formality of it.

One page, several languages

A Gujarati certificate routinely carries a printed English form, a Gujarati handwritten entry and a Hindi stamp, and different offices mix them differently. We translate every element on the page whatever language it is in, including the parts already in English, so the certified version is a complete rendering of the document rather than of the bits that were not English already.

Marks are reproduced; equivalence is somebody else’s decision

Indian results come as percentages, divisions or CGPA depending on the board and the year, and none of them maps cleanly onto a UK classification. The marksheet is translated exactly as issued with its own scale, and the comparison is left to UK ENIC or the admissions office, where it belongs.

CERTIFIED, SWORN or apostilled – which do you need?

These are three different things and ordering the wrong one is the most common and most expensive mistake in the process. Which you need is decided entirely by who is receiving the document, and it is the first thing we check when you ask for a quote.

GUJARATI translation – questions, answered

Will UKVI accept a Gujarati translation from you?

Yes, and we guarantee acceptance. Every document is translated in full, including seals, stamps and handwritten entries, and issued dated on company letterhead with the translator named and signed and our contact details on it.

Part of my document is already in English. Do I still need a translation?

Yes, in almost every case. The guidance asks for a full translation certified by a named translator, and a partly English document is not that. We translate the whole thing so the certified version matches the original completely.

I have an affidavit about my name. Does that help?

It usually does, and it should be translated with the rest of the set rather than left out. It is the document that explains an inconsistency the caseworker will otherwise have to interpret alone.

Can you read handwritten Gujarati entries?

Yes. Where a word genuinely cannot be made out it is marked illegible rather than guessed at, and if the unreadable part matters we tell you before delivery.

Do you need my original documents?

No. Clear scans of both sides are enough for the entire job including certification.

How long does a family set take?

A standard certificate is normally back within 24 to 72 hours and expedited delivers as fast as 24 hours. A full family bundle is quoted as one job with one delivery date.

Send your Gujarati document

A scan or a phone photograph is enough. You will have an itemised written quote, a delivery date and an honest answer on what certification the receiving body actually wants – free, with no obligation, and handled confidentially under UK GDPR.
