Translation for
Marketing Agencies
Agencies buy translation differently from the brands they work for. The deliverable has to arrive unbranded and on your timeline, the terminology has to match what the client already signed off, and nobody wants a supplier conversation happening around them.
That is the arrangement on offer here, and it is set out in full on corporate accounts and partnerships.
WHAT MARKETING AGENCIES send us
- Campaign and advertising copy
- Websites and landing pages
- Product descriptions and e-commerce content
- Social media and community content
- Press releases and communications
- Email and CRM sequences
- Brochures, catalogues and print
- Video subtitles and scripts
- Brand guidelines and tone-of-voice documents
- Research and insight reports
Something not on the list? Send it. The analysis is free and we will tell you honestly whether it is work we should be doing – which is more useful than a page claiming we cover everything.
THREE THINGS that matter more to you than to anyone else
Delivered for you to issue, under your own name
Non-certified work comes back unbranded, in your working format and on your schedule, for you to hand to your client as your own. Certified work is the exception and we say so plainly: a certification has to name the translator or an authorised official of the translation company, so it cannot be issued under another company’s name. There we act as your named certified supplier instead.
Translation and transcreation are different jobs and different prices
A slogan translated literally usually stops working; a legal disclaimer transcreated is a problem. We tell you which each piece of a campaign needs before quoting, rather than charging the higher rate across a whole job or delivering the cheaper thing and hoping.
Capacity for the week you cannot cover
A pair you do not have, a volume you cannot absorb, a market opening sooner than planned. Overflow runs on the same agreed terms as everything else, which means you can quote your client for it before you know whether you will need us.

HOW TO set this up
One-off work is ordered like anything else: send the file, approve the quote, get it back. Where the work is regular, an account removes the part you will get tired of.
Open a corporate account
Terms agreed once, priority handling, a named account manager, your terminology kept between jobs and one statement instead of an invoice per document.
Corporate accounts & partnerships →The subject, not just the language
Legal, medical, financial, technical and academic work each have rules the others do not. Projects are assigned on subject as well as language pair.
Industry translation services →What happens to the file
The same five stages every order goes through, and the three-stage quality assessment behind stage four. Nothing is skipped because a job is small.

QUESTIONS from marketing agencies
Will our client know you were involved?
Not unless you tell them. Non-certified work is delivered unbranded in your format. The one exception is certified translation, which by its nature names the translator and the translation company – there we are your named certified supplier and you keep the relationship.
Do you do transcreation or just translation?
Both, and we will tell you which a given piece needs. Copy that has to persuade is written rather than converted; that work is described on marketing and content localisation.
Can you handle a multi-market campaign launch?
Yes, as one project with one glossary so the brand terms stay fixed across every market, at up to 11,000 words a day across a team. Tell us the launch date when you brief it.
What about websites and product content?
Covered, including import, internationalisation and testing in place rather than a spreadsheet handed back – see website, app and software localisation.
Can we set up standing terms?
Yes, and most agencies do. A corporate account fixes the rates and turnaround commitments once so you can quote your own clients with confidence.
Send us something to quote
One document or a whole file. You will have an itemised written quote, a delivery date and a straight answer on what the receiving body actually needs – free, with no obligation, and handled confidentially under UK GDPR. We will sign your NDA first if you would rather.

WHEREVER your offices are
The whole service runs digitally, so where you are makes no difference to the work, the timing or the price. Send files, approve the quote, and the finished work comes back by email – with a wet-stamped hard copy posted to your address when one is needed.
