How quickly can you turn round a candidate’s documents?
Normally 24 to 72 hours, and as fast as 24 with expedited service. Tell us the start date when you send them and you will know before you pay whether it is achievable.
Will the translation be accepted for right-to-work checks?
Our translations are complete, dated, on company letterhead with the translator named and signed and our contact details on them, which is the form UK bodies ask for, and we guarantee acceptance. What evidence satisfies a particular check is the employer’s call and the guidance’s, not ours.
Do you say whether a foreign qualification equals a UK one?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Grades and titles are reproduced exactly with the scale alongside; comparability is UK ENIC’s judgement or the regulator’s.
Can costs be attributed per candidate or per client?
Yes. Whatever reference you give a job appears on the quote, the delivery and the statement line.
Can we set up an account for regular volume?
Yes, and most agencies sending work weekly do. A corporate account fixes the terms once and keeps the same linguists on your files.
